Texas Cellos, a cello choir has been sharing the gorgeous voice of the cello with sold-out audiences since founded. Join Serenata a las Madres, a heartfelt musical tribute by Luis Villa with Trio Palenque, celebrating the love, strength, and grace of mothers. Whether honoring your own mother, a loved one's memory, or the universal bond of motherhood, this evening promises beautiful music and cherished moments.
Mother’s Day is a relatively young tradition—first celebrated in the U.S. in 1908 and in Mexico in 1922. Serenades, deeply rooted in U.S. and Mexican-Hispanic communities, express love and gratitude through timeless songs like Gema, Canto a la Madre, Hermoso Cariño, and Las Mañanitas.

Hill Country Pottery - Spring Break Hand Building Class
Join us for our fun and easy Hand Building Pottery Class! All ages and experience levels welcome. We provide all the materials, and instruct you on assembling your piece, made by using an empty wine bottle as a mold. You will build and decorate your pottery piece, and students are encouraged to bring in personal items to decorate your piece, such as jewelry, sea shells, or anything that creates texture on clay.

MixHaus Gallery - Art Opening: Are We There Yet?

Cave Without a Name: Fall Equinox - Rudi & the Rudiments
Rudi & the Rudiments have been performing concerts in the cave annually since 2002, with an eclectic lineup of genre-defying musicians playing various ancient and modern instruments. With a thematic focus on the balance of darkness and light marked by the first day of Autumn, part of the concert will be performed in total darkness and flickering candlelight, providing a truly memorable experience!
Enjoy a variety of acoustic, world-beat music styles featuring the words and music of singer/performance artist Rudi Harst (vocals, acoustic guitar, Native American flute, dulcimer, harmonica, Tibetan bowls) accompanied by The Rudiments.

Mix Haus Gallery - Opening Reception "disturbances" exhibit
disturbances coalesced around three artists’ perspectives of the interplay between humans and the environment of West Texas. Kari Englehardt’s botanical works of petroleum phytoremediators, Nate Cassie’s oilfield-glazed ceramics and the environmental sound collage of Parker Duke offer individual examinations of this sometimes-fraught relationship. The result is an exhibition of chance sensory beauty derived from the Permian Basin.
